Commodity Broking Services has extended its educational program to assist you with a more one on one understanding of the Falcon Trader programs. One of our support staff will give you a call and assist you with accessing the remote training system.What will this allow you to achieve?
- 1) To gain a better understanding of the trading platform.
- 2) If there is a technical issue than we can visually see the problem as it occurs.
- 3) Gives you the ability to ask questions about particular settings and view the answers as we work through them.
When is it available?
From 9.00am to 5.30pm, but this may be subject to change.What do you need?
Call 1300 660 734 and select option 21.All you need is access to the internet explorer and we need a direct phone line preferably a landline.
The staff member that runs you through it will give you all the require information need to view the remote training system.
